Molly Quinn & Company

Molly Quinn & Company has been in business since 2017.  We are a family owned and operated home decor and lifestyle brand.  Our top priorities are excellent customer service and providing quality products that you will love. We offer handcrafted products, products sourced from other small businesses, as well as quality products we find at market.  Each of our products is small batch, meaning we only have a handful of each item.  Sometimes this means we sell out quickly.  We apologize for this in advance, but hope you all understand!

Policies

Products:

Our Home Decor products are intended for decor purposes only.  They are not toys and should not be played with by children/pets/etc. 

Cancellations:

Once orders have been packed and is ready to ship, we cannot honor cancellation requests.  If your order has not shipped, there is a 24-hour cancellation window.  Please note that depending on when your order is placed it may be packaged and ready to ship within the hour.  

Refunds will be made to the original form of payment with a 3.5% cancellation fee to cover the refund charges we incur from the payment processors.  

These policies apply to ready-to-ship and preorder items. 

Returns:

We strive to provide superior customer service.  If there is an issue or error with your order please do not hesitate to reach out.  

Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your product if you are looking to return your item. Our return policy covers most products in new condition. Custom orders, vintage and found items, and preorders cannot be returned. 

Upon receiving the item in original condition, the customer will receive a refund for the value of the item. Shipping cost (paid by either the buyer or us on orders that qualified for free shipping) will not be refunded. If item is received broken or damaged, the customer is responsible for item replacement and/or no refund. 

Shipping:

Please verify your shipping info prior to checking out.  

In the event that a customer sends us the wrong address, has moved, etc. the customer is responsible for paying the additional shipping required. 

If a box is returned shipped to me for any reason, your order will be refunded minus the cost of shipping and processing fee of 3.5%. 

In the event that an order is return shipped to us because an address is invalid or unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for paying the additional shipping required to resend the package if they choose other wise a refund will be issued minus the 3.5% stated in the cancellation section above. 

In the event that shipping is purchased for a customer and a change of address is needed before being shipped, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping costs necessary to purchase new shipping labels. 

Please check and double check all addresses when placing an order to prevent any issues in shipping. We are not responsible for packages that are marked "undeliverable" or "address not valid."
